Do you want to work on a New Class of Unmanned Aircraft? Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as the fixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems. 

As an Accountant, you ensure that our commercial processes run reliably and in a structured manner behind the scenes. You support our finance team in day-to-day operations, keep track of figures, deadlines, and accounting transactions, and make an important contribution to well-organized financial processes in a dynamic high-tech environment. In this role, you work closely with internal departments as well as external partners, helping to create the foundation for transparent, efficient, and dependable finance operations.

Tasks

• Handling day-to-day financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)  
• Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices  
• Processing payments and monitoring deadlines  
• Reconciling accounts and clarifying discrepancies  
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings  
• Maintaining and managing master data  
• Communicating with internal departments as well as external partners such as suppliers

Qualifications

• ​​Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance  
• Initial professional experience in accounting is an advantage  
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• ​Experience with accounting software such as Sage 100 is desirable  
• ​Careful, structured, and independent way of working  
• Team spirit and reliability  
• ​Good written and spoken German  
• ​English skills at least at B2 level
• ​Required for employment: Security clearance (Ü2-Sabotageschutz) approval (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)​
