Do you want to work on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as the fixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems. 

You are a commercial athlete who builds strategic relationships and opens doors through business development, partnerships, and key accounts while also evaluating tenders. You assess opportunities, help define the go-to-market approach as we scale, manage your pipeline, and align internal teams to deliver proposals and agreements that create long-term value in national and international markets.

Tasks

  • ​​Own new business development: identify, qualify, and pursue new customers and markets
  • ​Manage a healthy pipeline (lead generation, outreach, discovery, proposals, closing)
  • ​Track progress in CRM and report on pipeline, forecast, and key KPIs
  • ​Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry meetings
  • ​Gather market intelligence and translate insights into go-to-market actions​

Qualifications

  • ​​Degree: ​Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Management, or Entrepreneurship, with an affinity for aerospace and robotics.​
  • ​Experience: ​1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the defence/aerospace industry​
  • ​Method-Knowledge: ​Market analysis, commercial strategy, public tenders, procurement processes, partnerships, and international business relations​
  • ​Tool-Knowledge (mandatory): ​MS Office, CRM tools, Excel​
  • ​Required for employment: Security clearance (Ü2-Sabotageschutz) approval (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)​
