Do you want to work on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as the fixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems.

As our Business Software Specialist, you will be the backbone of our digital infrastructure. You bridge the gap between high-end engineering and smooth business operations by managing our core systems (ERP, PLM, and PM). Your mission is to ensure that our team can focus on building revolutionary drones while you provide the tools, processes, and support they need to succeed. This is an entry-level role designed for a process-oriented talent who wants to take full ownership of system implementation and user empowerment in a fast-paced aerospace environment. ‍

Tasks

• Support & Training: Act as the first point of contact for users, providing hands-on support and conducting internal workshops/trainings. ‍
• Implementation: Play an active role in software rollouts and the implementation of new tools (e.g., Project Management software). ‍
• Documentation: Create clear, process-oriented user manuals and technical documentation. ‍
• Interface Management: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for external providers and monitor their execution.

Qualifications

• ​​Degree: ​Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related​
• ​Experience: ​0-3 years of experience in project management, process managemet, ERP, PLM & PM systems ​
• ​Method-Knowledge: ​Business Process Modeling (BPMN), Requirements Engineering, Agile Project Management basics.​
• ​Tool-Knowledge (mandatory): ​Hands-on experience or strong affinity for ERP systems (ideally Sage 100) and PLM software (e.g., Teamcenter).​
• ​Tool-Knowledge (optional): ​Experience with BI Tools, DMS, or modern Project Management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or MS Project).​
• ​Required for employment: Security clearance (Ü2-Sabotageschutz) approval (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)​
