Do you want to work on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as the fixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems.
As our IT Infrastructure & Compliance Specialist at AVILUS, you will play a dual role in shaping our digital backbone and ensuring our operations meet the highest international standards. You will be the go-to person for maintaining a resilient IT infrastructure while leading our journey through critical certification processes.
Tasks
- Coordinate and manage the certification projects (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, EN9100) together with external consultants
- Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and records required for certification
- Organize and support internal audits, corrective actions, and management reviews
- Support our IT Team with daily business, as well as implementation projects
- Conduct training and awareness activities across the organization
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in quality and information security
- Support risk management, configuration management, and compliance monitoring activities
Qualifications
- Degree: Completed degree in IT, Quality management, Information Systems or related fields
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience quality management, compliance, or information security projects (ideally in aerospace or high-reliability industries) would be optimal, we also highly welcome motivated graduates looking to kickstart their career.
- Method-Knowledge: Project management, Learning and Documentation Skills.
- Tool-Knowledge (mandatory): M365, Azure and Local AD, basic network Security
- Tool-Knowledge (optional)QMS/ISMS software tools, audit management platforms, Linux administration, document management systems
- Required for employment: Security clearance (Ü2-Sabotageschutz) approval (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)
