Do you want towork on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three differentplatforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristicdimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-rolerotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as thefixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. Allsystems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionicssystem for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap betweensmall UAVs and traditional manned systems. 

 

As a Quality AssuranceSpecialist, you work close to the product: you inspect incoming components,support and oversee our production processes, and ensure that processes, parts,and documentation meet the high standards of the aviation industry. You work ina structured and reliable manner and are hands-on when required. Join our teamand help shape quality from the very beginning.

Tasks

  • Perform incominggoods inspections (mechanical, electrical, and documentation-based)
  • Review supplierdocumentation (certificates, declarations of conformity, specifications)
  • Document inspectionresults and non-conformities
  • Monitor and auditquality-relevant manufacturing processes
  • Ensure compliancewith defined processes, work instructions, and quality standards
  • Identify, document,and track deviations (non-conformities)
  • Support correctiveand preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of the quality management system
  • Maintain andcontrol quality-relevant documentation
  • Work closely withEngineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management

 

Qualifications

  • Degree: Technical vocational training or comparable qualification (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics, quality assurance)
  • Experience: Initial professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in an industrial or aerospace-related environment. Experience with incoming inspection and/or production support is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English and German
  • Tool-Knowledge (mandatory): Microsoft Office
  • Tool-Knowledge (optional): Gitlab, QM Systems, awork
  • Required for employment: Security clearance approval (Ü2-Sabotageschutz) (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)
