Do you want to work on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as the fixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems.

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who ensures our Production and Engineering teams have the right materials at the right time. You keep the flow running behind the scenes, from goods receipt and material provisioning through to shipping, while maintaining accurate documentation and reliable inventory levels. With a structured, quality and safety-minded approach, you help ensure our operations run smoothly and continuously improve in a fast-paced, technically driven environment.

Tasks

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods
• Check delivery documents and post bookings in the inventory/ERP system
• Pick parts and sub-assemblies for Production and Engineering
• Pack and ship components and systems
• Carry out stock checks and inventory counts
• Maintain warehouse KPIs and support process optimization
• Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and compliance with quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Specialist / Warehouse Logistics Specialist, or career changer with relevant professional experience
• Experience working with inventory/ERP (warehouse management) systems
• Valid forklift license is a plus
• Category B driver’s license (up to 3.5 t) required
• License to drive trucks over 3.5 t is an advantage
• Structured, diligent, and independent working style
• Team-oriented and reliable
• Ideally experience in an industrial or technical environment
• Security clearance (Ü2 – sabotage protection) required (note: ties to states as defined under §13 (1) no. 17 SÜG may lead to a negative assessment)
