All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. As a Production & Assembly Associate, you are directly involved in the manufacturing, assembly, and integration of our aerospace products. You build mechanical and electrical assemblies, perform assembly and testing activities, and ensure that all work is carried out according to technical documentation and aerospace standards. You work with precision, reliability, and a strong attention to detail. Join our team and help us build high-quality aerospace systems from the ground up.
Tasks
- Manufacture and assemble mechanical and electrical assemblies according to technical drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials
- Perform integration and assembly activities on aerospace products and subsystems
- Process and assemble components, wires, connectors, and other hardware
- Carry out visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of assemblies and systems
- Perform basic electrical tests and system checks according to defined procedures
- Document manufacturing, assembly, and test results
- Ensure compliance with work instructions, processes, and quality requirements
- Identify and report deviations, defects, and non-conformities
- Support the continuous improvement of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Project Management
Qualifications
- Degree: Technical vocational training or comparable qualification (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics, automotive mechatronics) or strong technical hands-on skills as a career changer
- Experience: Initial experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, integration, or a comparable technical environment is an advantage but not required
- Language Skills: Good command of German; basic English skills are an advantage
- Tool-Knowledge (mandatory): Microsoft Office
- Tool-Knowledge (optional): ERP Systems
- Required for employment: Security clearance approval (Ü2-Sabotageschutz) (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)
